  1. Minced Chicken Kebab



500 grams minced chicken

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • ½ cup mint leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder



  • In a round bowl mix the minced chicken, onion, ginger paste, mint and mix it well.
  • Season it with cumin, paprika, coriander, and salt to taste.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture
  • Take the batter and mold it around the skewers cylindrically
  • Preheat the grill on high flame and grease it with oil
  • Keep the skewered kebabs on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve immediately with green chutney


  1. Bread salad with diced chicken



  • 3-inch piece fresh loaf
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts skinned, boiled and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup basil leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 4 lettuce leaves


  • Preheat the oven
  • Bake the chunks of bread in the oven until crisp and brown then remove from the oven
  • Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, basil leaves and salt in a food processor and blend it to make a coarse paste.
  • Into the paste add the chicken, bread cubes, tomatoes and cucumber and toss well.

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 6 egg whisked
  • 2 bread slices
  • 4 tablespoon milk
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 3 garlic chopped
  • 2 green chilies chopped

  • Black pepper a pinch



  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all the ingredients eggs, bread, onion, garlic, milk, cheddar cheese, green chilies, salt and black pepper. Pour this all into a baking dish.

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper



  • Place a frying pan over a medium heat add oil and garlic cloves to it
  • Saute for a couple of minutes
  • Add bell peppers and saute for another minute
  • Pour the pureed tomatoes
  • Sprinkle some salt and a pinch of sugar
  • Bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes, till the tomato sauce gets thick
