How do I register ?

Please click on the "Register" link at the top left corner of the homepage. Please fill up the information as requested in the form. We recommend you to review the terms and conditions.

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?

No, it's not mandatory to make a purchase. You can surf and add products to the cart without registration. Registered members should sign in at the time of checking out the cart.

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you sign in at chikmeat.com My Account allows you to see your active, past orders and update your profile details.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Sign in page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on chikmeat.com using the following modes of payment: Cash on delivery Credit and debit cards Net Banking.

Is your chicken and mutton is fresh or frozen?

All our chicken and mutton meat are as fresh cut. From procurement to delivery, we keep our meat chilled at a temperature range between 0 ° c -4° c Celsius. Thus, bacteria is kept out of the door and the meat is safe to consume.

How do I place my order& how it is delivered?

You can place an order from our Website, Mobile App (Android) OR on our phone number 99218 99911 / 99218 99922. When using website or mobile app, you should select your products and click on checkout, then you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. You will get order confirmation SMS & Email form chikmeat. We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel which ensures timely delivery to our customers. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive SMS & Email from chikmeat with name of delivery executive and his mobile number.

Can I edit my order once it is placed? Can I even cancel it?

Please review your order carefully before submission. In case you would like to rethink your purchase, please do so within the first 10 minutes of placing the order (by sending us an email or calling us). After order confirmation, you will get a SMS & email confirmation from us along with your order details. Please note that orders once packed cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. Chikmeat takes upmost care to ensure that the meat delivered to you is fresh by maintaining the correct temperature levels, best in class packaging. Thus, orders once packed cannot be cancelled.

Will I be able to order more than one of the same item?

Yes, you will be able to order more than one of the same item. Simply change the numerical value in your shopping cart to your desired quantity.

How much are the delivery charges?

Shipping charges are applicable & it may vary between Rs. 20 - Rs. 100.

I haven't received my order confirmation email / SMS.

Your order confirmation e-mail / SMS is sent to the e-mail address & mobile number linked to your Account immediately upon placing your order. If you do not receive it, please check the junk or spam folder in your email. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, you may write to us at orders@chikmeat.com or call us at 9921899911 / 9921899922.for confirmation of your order.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

No, there is no minimum order value applicable.

Can I pick up my order from your nearest outlet?

No, we do not have outlets as we are exclusively an online store. You can use our website , mobile app or phone numbers to place your order, and have us deliver it to your doorstep as per your selected time slot.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Meat products can only be returned if:
1. Where the packaging has been tampered or damaged during transit.
2. Wrong order being delivered.
3. Items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
In case of quality deliverance failure, there will be replacement. But it should bring to our notice within 1 hour of delivery. After inspecting the delivered products decision will be taken by our team.

Do you supply Fresh or Frozen Fish?

We supply both Fresh as well as Frozen Fish. Please order your choice of products accordingly.
